I believe the Neosonic Hearing Amplifier is a hearing loss device that would allow for better quality conversations between residents and their loved ones. Being able to hear greatly improves their quality of life. No resident wants to be left out wondering what is being said. This technology allows them to communicate with loved ones, no matter where they are, and to connect with people who do not have hearing loss. Here at Rock Creek, we are very conscious and considerate of our residents with hearing deficits. We always face the resident and speak slowly and clearly.
