Through social recognition, milestone awards, and our weekly Creative Follow-Ups, we intentionally celebrate and support our dedicated team members. National Employee Appreciation Day is one of my favorite celebrations because it highlights the value of every department and brings us together to connect, laugh, and enjoy one another.

We don’t just appreciate you—we love to celebrate you! This week, we’re showing our gratitude with a weeklong celebration of themed days, games, and a fun celebration at the staff Town Hall. Happy Hour will be dedicated to residents celebrating staff. It’s our way of saying thank you and reminding you just how much you matter.
